What is the nearest airport to the event?

Las Vegas McCarran International Airport: ~3.5 hours/ 199 miles to Kanab

Salt Lake International Airport: ~4.5 hours/317 miles to Kanab

Optional if availiable - fly to the St. George, UT airport: ~1.5 hours/84 miles to Kanab

What hotels are available and do any provide conference attendee discounts?

We have limited spaces for conference attendees at the Best Western located in town. If that becomes unavailable, please go to our KANAB information link for full area information.

What if I can’t attend? How do I cancel my registration?

That would be unfortunate, but we understand things happen. Please be sure to CONTACT US ASAP in this situation. 


What will the weather be like in Kanab during the event?

Can I transfer my registration to another person?

Unfortunately due to the nature of the conference, these are non-transferable tickets. 


Will you be offering excursions?

This is a relaxed environment conference focused on lectures and connecting. We will allow for time before and after the conference for photography, and many of the speakers will be hosting post-conference excursions.

How do I sign up for a post conference workshop?

I have a photography related business and would like to be a sponsor. How do I do that?

Can I pay a lower price to only attend certain sessions?

Unfortunately, no. 

Why is this conference being launched so far ahead of the actual event? 

It takes a lot of work to put a conference of this size together! We are bringing the best of the best for this one-of-a-kind experience.

The conference is sold out. Is there a wait list in case more seats open up?
